to the Promised Land! That's what the lady at the DMV said today. I passed my permit written test, and everyone was so nice to me. They conversed with me and made jokes and smiled and all, apparently the time to go is in the morning, before everyone else gets there.

It's a gloomy day so far, and it's only, you know, the end of July...
